Voting Card is just an Identity Proof which can be issued by every citizen of India when he completes 18 Years of Age. After you Complete 18 years you can be eligible to apply for Voting Card in India.
Minors cannot apply for Voting Card as they are not eligible to vote. Voting Card is also called as EPIC Card it denotes Elector’s Photo Identity Card.
The main use of Voting Card is that you can vote, only if you have voting card than only you can vote without it you will not be allowed to Vote for Elections.
